PHOENIX NOVA

THE NEXT GENERATION IN JOBSITE MONITORING, DATA COLLECTION, AND CONTROL

RSI’s next generation PHOENIX NOVA job site control system is a modular distributed intelligence system based on 1.4 GHz quad-core processor, utilizing 100Mhz 32 bit true-0-wait-state microprocessors for DAQ and Motion Control. A to D conversion is performed by certified automotive grade 16-bit processors. Depending on the version, the controller will support up to 10 thermocouples, up to 22 voltage output sensors with 4 differential pressure sensors already included.
The power supply integrated circuits are of military grade and support a wider voltage input range for stability than current supplies afford. The new controller will support up to 6 stepper motors for multiple carburetors, depending on configuration. Improved RPM and fuel flow detection subsystems are included.
The user-friendly interface is a large 12.3” color touch screen, “Dashboard”-style presentation of operation parameters, menus, alarm condition status and graphic user interface screens. The controller is accessible via an optional wi-fi access point or through optional hot spot devices. Data-logging, reporting and optional charting will be available, varying by configuration. The next generation controller is easily retrofittable to existing RSI equipment.
